My second blog of all time

Typing a lot is something we all are doing more of. But this is somewhat dangerous. Too much typing leads to carpal tunnel syndrome. You have to take breaks every now and then - like every 30 minutes if you're typing hard.

Thing is, I got experience from this the hard way...

Make sure to sit up right! Lounging makes it worse for your hands. Your hands need to be elevated, with wrists at the same level as your knuckles.

This blog is meh/lame so far but don't worry I'll throw in cheese puffs and sprinkles soon.

Chatting a lot is one sure way to kill your wrists... umm.. please just call up local friends a bit more often and chat with random strangers less. Again, carpal tunnel syndrome is real.

OK, take care and peace. It's 9 PM and it's time for me to go, I shall commence a blogging hiatus that will extend until nigh of next new year...

  1. This is true! yet if we exercise our wrists and fingers regularly- even closing, opening fists with a sponge ball inside your hands will chase away the stiffness and keep your fingers nimble and healthy!
